2005 Dog Day Afternoon at the Burwell School Historic Site
Saturday, September 10th, 4-7pm
For the third year in a row, Dog Day Afternoon will be held on the front lawn of the Burwell School Historic Site in Hillsborough on Saturday, September 10th from 4 to 7 p.m. There will be exciting demonstrations and vendors. There will be contests for the cutest puppy (1 year old and under), best dressed dog, and look-a-like.

Dog Day Afternoon is a free event and free water will be provided for all dogs in attendance. There is a $5 entry fee for the contests. All proceeds from the competitions benefit the programming and preservation of the Burwell School Historic Site.
Dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages are welcome at Dog Day Afternoon, but all dogs must be leashed. Owners and parents are responsible for the behavior of their animals and children. For more information, call the Burwell School at 732-7451.
