Thanks to the volunteers who give their time and talent to the Burwell School. We are very grateful!
On Saturday, June 10 and 17, volunteers weeded, pulled vines, and cleared areas of the garden; cleaned the main house and completely reorganized and cleaned the schoolroom building, ready for visitors.
Thank you everyone!
Jeff Gravley (WRAL TV) and John Egger (Profitability Consulting Group, (aka the Blues Brothers!) were our entertaining auctioneers on April 29 for the Fundraising Auction, "All that Jazz!" Thank you so much!
Zachary is one of our youth volunteers -- here he is on Hillsborough's Revoluntionary War History Day
Students Micah, Samuel, Kylie, Pierson, Zachary (in the background) and Kendall (not pictured) volunteered for two hot and hardworking days to make our Auction a huge success. (No, they didn't win the car.....)
